Five Tips to Surviving India

Before setting off on my journey to India, I had done very little research to where I was going, and what to expect. In a lot of ways, this was a good thing, because if I had known I was landing in a country that alone holds one sixth of the worlds population this might have put me off. Not only are there over 1 billion people, who I’m sure were all in Delhi to greet me, but between them they speak 22 official languages. Here are a few tips that I would have appreciated knowing before my trip. Most of all this first one… Taj at sunrise

    Your inputs are helpful for tourists. Being an Indian and in India at present I still find it difficult to get used to commuting in New Delhi. Auto rickshaw drivers can figure out an outsider the minute one approaches them.
